Our client, a well-established, multi-campus Career School is seeking a Director of Admissions to oversee admissions performance across multiple campuses within a major market. This is an outstanding opportunity to lead several admissions teams, mentor Assistant Directors, and help shape the future of an organization that transforms students' lives every day.

You'll provide strategic leadership across multiple campuses, partnering with Assistant Directors of Admissions to strengthen leadership, improve enrollment performance, and build high-performing teams that consistently exceed goals.

What You'll Do

• Lead admissions operations across multiple campuses within your assigned markets.
• Coach, mentor, and develop Assistant Directors into confident, high-performing leaders.
• Drive enrollment growth by improving conversion rates, forecasting accuracy, and operational execution.
• Analyze business metrics and identify opportunities before they become problems.
• Partner with Financial Aid, Campus Operations, and other departments to deliver an exceptional student experience.
• Create consistency, accountability, and continuous improvement across every campus you support.
• Build leadership pipelines while developing future admissions leaders.

• Builds strong relationships across departments and inspires trust quickly.
• Enjoys solving complex operational challenges while keeping students at the center of every decision.

Preferred Background

• 5+ years of progressive admissions, enrollment, or comparable leadership experience.
• Experience leading multiple teams, locations, or markets.
• Track record of improving enrollment, conversion, sales, or operational performance.
• Strong leadership coaching and organizational development skills.
• Experience using reporting dashboards and performance analytics to guide decisions.
