Senior Category Manager

Serving as the strategic leader for high-impact product categories, the full-time Senior Category Manager will define vision and strategy, drive P&L performance, and mentor junior team members in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities: Set and own the long-term strategic vision for product categories, aligning with company objectives and influencing cross-functional planning Drive P&L performance by analyzing revenue, margin, pricing, and competitive landscape to maximize growth and profitability Lead major revenue opportunities through assortment expansion, product innovation, and category optimization while overseeing the full product lifecycle Required qualifications: 5+ years of category management, buying, merchandising, or similar commercial experience in e-commerce or high-growth retail Proven track record of owning and growing a product category with direct responsibility for revenue and product lifecycle strategy Advanced analytical capabilities, with proficiency in analytics tools such as Excel/Google Sheets and experience with BI tools preferred Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with 2+ years of experience coaching junior team members Exceptional project management skills, capable of leading multi-team initiatives in a fast-paced environment
