Bookkeeper

We are seeking an experienced bookkeeper to join a growing team in Greenville, SC .This is a full time, onsite, and permanent opportunity. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in bookkeeping, knowledge of QuickBooks Online, and hold their CPA.
Responsibilities:
- Review financial statements for clients and deliver strategic insights to elevate performance
- Handle tax reconciliation processes to maintain compliance and accuracy
- Manage accrual-based prepayments to ensure precise and reliable financial reporting
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, expense oversight, and quarterly tax planning to strengthen long-term financial stability
Qualifications:
- CPA license; Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years of experience in accounting
- Previous experience in Microsoft Office programs and QuickBooks Online
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent attention to detail
Hours:
- Monday to Friday 8:30- 5:30pm
- Onsite
- Permanent/Direct Hire
