Resident Care Coordinator

Savoylife is seeking a dedicated Resident Care Coordinator (RCC) in Chubbuck to provide clinical and operational support to seniors. The RCC will coordinate care delivery, manage patient visits, and support the RN and APP in various senior living environments. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in healthcare and a focus on care coordination, with a valid driver's license and excellent EMR skills.
