Process Technician

Injection Molding Technician / Set-Up Location: Baraboo, WI Shift: Day Shift – Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM Hourly Pay Range and Other Compensation The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $30.00 – $35.00 per hour, depending on geographic location, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. About The Role Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced Injection Molding Technician / Set-Up professional for an established manufacturing organization in the Baraboo, Wisconsin area. This position plays a key role in supporting daily injection molding operations, including mold changes, machine start-up and shutdown, process performance, quality, safety, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on injection molding experience along with the ability to troubleshoot equipment and processes, coordinate production resources, support employee training, and help maintain consistent quality and productivity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Perform injection mold set-ups, machine start-ups, shutdowns, sampling, and related production changeover activities Monitor molding equipment and processes to promote optimal machine performance, product quality, material utilization, and production efficiency Troubleshoot injection molding equipment, tooling, materials, and supporting production systems to address operational or quality issues Coordinate day-to-day people and equipment resources within the injection molding operation to support schedule attainment, yield, and on-time production Support the implementation of Lean Manufacturing practices and identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and process consistency Assist with the training, coaching, and development of employees to support safe work practices, production standards, and operational expectations Monitor molded-product quality and make appropriate process adjustments to maintain established specifications Work closely with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and other supporting functions to resolve production issues and maintain workflow Qualifications 3-5 years of hands-on experience setting, starting, and sampling injection molds Strong working knowledge of injection molding processes, tooling, molds, and polymer materials Experience troubleshooting injection molding equipment and associated manufacturing processes Forklift operation certification Overhead crane certification Working knowledge of manufacturing support functions, including quality and supply chain Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced production environment and make timely decisions when complete information may not be available Strong written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team Preferred Experience with Cincinnati Milacron injection molding equipment Experience implementing or supporting Lean Manufacturing practices Previous experience training or coaching production employees Benefits Medical insurance — employee coverage fully paid by the employer Dental insurance Paid vacation 11 paid holidays Life insurance Created/Revised Date: August 20, 2026 Anticipated Closing Date: August 20, 2027 Disclaimer: The compensation and benefits information in this posting represent a good faith and reasonable estimate of what it might pay for this position.
