Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Ticket Sales Account Executive, based in Old Orchard Beach, ME, with some flexibility to work remotely. Responsibilities include generating ticket sales leads, managing client accounts, fostering and maintaining strong customer relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role involves actively promoting ticket offerings, processing sales, and contributing to a fan-first atmosphere that aligns with the Beach Ball experience. Qualifications Proficiency in Lead Generation and Account Management to drive ticket sales and oversee client accounts effectively Strong skills in Communication and Relationship Building to engage with clients, fans, and stakeholders successfully Excellent Customer Service skills to ensure a positive ticket purchasing experience for all customers Ability to work in a hybrid environment and adapt to both in-office and remote collaboration settings Self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset to meet sales targets and contribute to the organization’s success Previous experience in sports sales, event ticketing, or a related field is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
