Job Summary:We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead the development and orchestration of our annual marketing calendar within a fast-growing health and wellness e-commerce environment. This role will be responsible for translating business priorities into integrated, customer-centric campaigns that drive engagement, conversion, and long-term loyalty.You will partner closely with merchandising, global channel teams, and regional marketing teams to bring key health and wellness initiatives to life - ensuring seamless execution across all digital touchpoints. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and an exceptional communicator who can navigate complexity and align diverse stakeholders.Key Responsibilities: Own and manage the annual marketing calendar, aligning with key health and wellness moments, product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional eventsPartner with merchandising teams to identify category priorities (e.g., supplements, beauty, sports nutrition, wellness essentials) and translate them into compelling marketing plansCollaborate with global channel teams (e.g., paid media, CRM/email, social, affiliates, on-site) and regional marketing teams to ensure cohesive campaign executionLead integrated campaign planning and execution across all digital channels, ensuring consistency in messaging and a seamless customer experienceAct as the central point of coordination across cross-functional teams, managing timelines, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure flawless executionPartner with Business Intelligence to monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data and insights to optimize future marketing initiativesEnsure marketing initiatives are aligned with brand standards, regulatory considerations, and customer trust expectations within the health and wellness spaceIdentify opportunities to improve processes, enhance cross-team collaboration, and scale marketing operations effectivelySuccess Metrics:A well-structured, proactive marketing calendar that is clearly aligned with business priorities and consistently delivered on timeSeamless execution of integrated campaigns across all channels, with minimal friction between global and regional teamsStrong cross-functional alignment, with merchandising, channel, and regional teams operating with clarity on priorities and timelinesMeasurable improvements in campaign performance, including engagement, conversion, and revenue contributionIncreased efficiency in marketing processes, with streamlined workflows and improved speed-to-marketConsistent, high-quality customer experiences across all touchpoints that build trust and loyalty in the health and wellness spaceRequired Qualifications:10+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within health & wellness e-commerce with a strong focus on campaign planning, integrated marketing, or program managementStrong experience managing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns in a fast-paced digital environmentProven ability to partner cross-functionally with merchandising, product, and regional teamsDeep understanding of e-commerce marketing levers, including promotions, lifecycle marketing, and digital channelsExceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align teams globallyStrong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyData-driven mindset with experience using performance metrics to inform decisionsFamiliarity with regulatory considerations in health and wellness marketing (e.g., claims, compliance) is a plusTechnical & Platform Proficiency:High aptitude and ability to make efficient use of online productivity and communication tools, in our case with the Google Workspace suite and AsanaExperience with Google Business Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms) preferredEducation Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field requiredMBA or advanced degree is a plus, but not requiredWhat Success Looks Like: Increased engagement and conversion on health content pagesHigh-performing product bundles and regimen-based experiencesImproved customer understanding and trust in health and wellness offerings​#LI-LR1Compensation: The expected salary range for this role is $115,000 - $150,000 USD.
