Our organization is on the lookout for an Endocrinologist to become part of our well-established and successful practice located in Albany, New York. We welcome both new and recent graduates, including those graduating in 2026. Join our dedicated team of seven Endocrinologists and ten Advanced Practice Providers (APPs). At our Diabetes and Endocrine Care center , we have a multidisciplinary team comprising endocrinologists, advanced practitioners, and Certified Diabetes Educators committed to enhancing the quality of life for individuals living with diabetes. Our goal is to implement innovative treatment approaches that empower patients to effectively manage their condition.

• We provide comprehensive diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing care for patients with diabetes, as well as other endocrine and metabolic disorders.
• Our practice utilizes the latest diabetes care technologies, including insulin pump/sensor downloads and professional continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) for accurate diagnosis.
• Specialized services we offer include complication screening, prevention and treatment, medication management, foot care, smoking cessation support, onsite HbA1c testing, weight management, nutritional counseling, diabetes support groups, and both individual and group education classes.

JOB HIGHLIGHTS

• Our practice focuses exclusively on adult patients.
• The role primarily involves outpatient care with a call schedule of 1:10, and additional inpatient call coverage only when inpatient providers are unavailable.
• Flexible scheduling options are available.
• We utilize EPIC as our electronic medical record (EMR) system.

REQUIREMENTS

Candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Board Certified or eligible in Endocrinology.
• Licensed to practice in New York State.
• Experience is preferred, but recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

RECRUITMENT PACKAGE

We offer a comprehensive salary and benefits package that includes:

• A competitive starting salary, transitioning to an integrated compensation model based on productivity.
• Compensation ranges from $280,000 to $300,000.
• A $25,000 sign-on bonus.
• A retention bonus package totaling $30,000.
• The stated salary reflects the initial compensation range and does not account for productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, extra shift incentives, or other cash compensation applicable to the role. Additionally, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits from their medical group employer. This salary range is provided in compliance with state law and may vary based on the factors mentioned.

• A CME time and expense allowance of $4,500.
