HSE Manager/Director

LifeMed Alaska

LifeMed Alaska seeks an HSE Manager/Director to lead health, safety, and environmental programs supporting our critical care air and ground transport operations. Based in Anchorage, you will develop and enforce HSE policies, ensure OSHA/EPA and healthcare compliance, and champion a safety-first, patient-focused culture. Responsibilities include risk assessments, incident investigations, audits, training for flight and ground crews, and emergency response planning across remote locations. Collaborating with clinical, aviation, and operations leaders, you will use data to reduce risk, improve safety performance, and support continuous readiness in demanding conditions.
