Job Summary:
Telemetry Nurse in Evanston, Illinois. This position involves providing specialized nursing care on the night shift, with a focus on stroke and neuro patients. The role requires adherence to facility protocols and delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night Shift, 12 hours, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Two or more years of experience in stroke or neuro nursing, Ohio license or valid state license, BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), NIHSS (National Institute of Health Stroke Scale), passing EKG test to be presented at time of submittal
• Preferred Qualifications: Three or more years of experience in telemetry or neuro care
• Float: May float to other facilities within the organization. Float assignments will be communicated up to 2 hours prior to the scheduled shift.
• Weekend Requirements: Yes, every other weekend
• On-Call Requirements: Not applicable
• Holiday Requirements: As needed
