Job Summary:

Telemetry Nurse in Evanston, Illinois. This position involves providing specialized nursing care to patients with cardiac and other monitoring needs within a healthcare organization. The role requires proficiency in neuro and stroke care, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes during day shifts.

Job Details:

Shift: Day Shift, 12 hours

Scheduled hours: 36 hours per week

Required Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in stroke/neuro care; Certifications include BLS, ACLS, NIHSS (passing EKG test required at time of submittal, with a score of 80% or higher); education and licensing as per state requirements; location in Illinois; minimum 3 years of experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications: Additional experience in telemetry or critical care settings.

Float: Float rotation may be required to similar units as needed.

Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend.

On-Call: Not required.

Holiday Requirements: As needed.

Schedule: Day shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum 36 hours per week.
