Infinite Solutions.The Director of Portfolio Operations is responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with key national accounts. This role involves driving sales growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, achieving revenue targets and client relations. The ideal candidate will have a strong operational background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments. The Director of Portfolio Operations is responsible for the day-to-day operations in conjunction with the on-site General Managers for locations within the client family. Compensation DataCOMPENSATION: The Salaried rate for this position is $140,000.00 to $160,000.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. For jobs in San Francisco, this includes the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.Job ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate demonstrates capability across the following dimensions:Manage and guide the activities of your management teamSet the strategic/tactical direction for each accountDevelop and implement portfolio strategies for increasing sales and profits through national clientCreate, build and maintain positive business relationships with Aramark's current and prospective clientsGrow existing annual customer revenues by adding new products and services, adding new locations and price increasesThis individual will be charged with the overall account development, including proposals for expansion to sites served and services provided. Responsible to manage both client and Aramark budgets.Qualifications5-10 years of experience as a District Manager level or equivalent preferred including P&L responsibility within the hospitality, retail, or food and beverage industriesBachelor’s degree is generally required to be successful; advanced degree in business or related field is desiredDemonstrated leadership and team management skills with a broad knowledge of management practices, business judgement and client/consumer interaction.
