Principal Recruitment Consultant – Solar Development at JD Ross Energy Company Overview JD Ross has partnered with a growing renewable energy company focused on distributed generation solar projects, including schools, hospitals, and behind-the-meter installations. The Operations & Maintenance division manages a fleet of approximately 20 MW+ across 30 projects and is expanding its footprint. Position Summary Director of O&M to lead and expand the O&M team, manage day‑to‑day operations, drive business development, and ensure high‑quality service delivery across the solar portfolio. Base pay range $120,000.00/yr – $140,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the existing O&M team of 4 technicians, an analyst, and project managers. Oversee operations across a fleet of DG solar projects. Develop and implement strategies to grow the O&M business, identifying new clients and service opportunities. Collaborate with the Business Development team to pursue EPC customers and channel partners. Qualifications Proven experience in solar O&M, ideally with DG or behind-the-meter projects. Strong leadership and team management skills. Business development acumen and industry connections. Familiarity with OEM service models and certified technologies (e.g., SolarEdge).
