And beyond that, we have a lot of product ideas cooking for the next set of directions we want to drive customer value and company growth.But here's the thing: mission-critical doesn't have to mean painful to use. And that's exactly where you come in.We're looking for a Director of Product Design to lead LeanData's design function and transform how revenue teams experience our platform and innovate on how we can provide more value and better experiences. You'll own the design vision, raise the craft bar, and lead a team that turns complex orchestration workflows into experiences that feel intuitive, powerful, and genuinely easier and inspiring than what came before.This isn't a role where design is an afterthought. You'll report directly to the Chief Product Officer and sit at the table where product strategy is made.
