Summary Primary responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound dock scheduling and any scheduling changes for all managed Liberty freight. This includes communicating with carriers, transportation planners, facilities, and leadership. while ensuring the safety of our people, workplace and environment and meeting all company, legal and other requirements. Responsibilities Responsibilities include processing accessorial requests, revising dock capacity to align with business needs monitoring carrier activity in BluJay and ensuring carrier payment by Liberty The scheduler will interface with carriers via e-mail and phone calls and be involved with facility decisions regarding dock scheduling and dock capacity The scheduler will also be involved in any process changes regarding BluJay as well as expansions of the process bending, kneeling, lifting of 50+ pounds and climbing Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Associate's or Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred SAP work experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office suite Accurate data entry. - Strong organizational skills Additional Information Liberty Coca-Cola Beverages LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.
