Occupational Therapist (OT) - Acute Care
TLC
Healthcare Professional – Rehabilitation
Valid California license required
BLS certification required
Minimum of 1 year of experience required
Travel experience required
Experience with EMR system, Epic preferred
Core clinical skills required: management of acute disorders, chronic disorders, functional activities
Provide care for patients with acute and chronic conditions
Assess patient needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
Implement and monitor rehabilitation strategies and functional activities
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes
Document patient progress using electronic medical records
Assist patients with daily living activities and functional mobility
Orientation requires completion of modules prior to start (average ~16 hours)
Must be willing to float within the hospital and to nearby affiliate facilities
Traveler must work 2 of the 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)
