Hospice Team Leader RN - Brooklyn

Location: Bronx, NY and Downtown Manhattan, NY. RN must have Hospice or Palliative Care experience. RN must have at least 1 to 2 years of supervisory/leadership experience. The RN Team Leader will have a highly administrative role and will be based in the office Monday through Wednesday and out in the field Thursday and Friday. Responsibilities Support the Hospice Nurse Manager by providing leadership guidance to professional staff on a day‑to‑day basis to ensure the provision of hospice and palliative care services are consistent with the philosophy, goals, and policies of the program and company. Mentor and provide leadership direction to professional staff as directed by the Hospice Nurse Manager. Qualifications RN with Hospice or Palliative Care experience.
