Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Hourly Pay: $22.00 - $24.75 (based on background)
Additional Earnings: Weekend shift premium + $1,000 hiring bonus

Position Overview
We're seeking a dependable and compassionate Certified Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant to join our assisted living team for evening hours. In this role, you'll provide hands-on support to residents while helping maintain a safe, respectful, and engaging living environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily routines such as grooming, dressing, mobility, and personal care
• Respond promptly to resident requests and needs
• Support a positive and respectful atmosphere for all residents
• Work collaboratively with nursing staff and caregivers to ensure consistent care
• Promote resident comfort, independence, and dignity at all times

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey CHHA or CNA certification required
• Prior experience in assisted living or long-term care preferred, but not required

Schedule

45 Hours Bi-Weekly

• Week 1: Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday
• Week 2: Monday, Friday, Saturday
• Week 3: Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday
• Week 4: Monday Friday, Saturday

Compensation & Growth

• Starting rate: $22.00 - $24.75 per hour

Requirements

A valid/unexpired Certified Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant License is required for this position.
