Swift Force Solutions is seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills, experience maintaining industrial equipment, and the ability to work in a cold working environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and operational issues.
• Inspect equipment to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns.
• Repair, replace, and maintain machine components as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs.
• Work independently and collaboratively to ensure equipment operates efficiently.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Maintenance Mechanic, Industrial Mechanic, or similar role.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of industrial machinery, tools, and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to work in a cold environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift.
• Experience with electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems is a plus.
