Delivery Executives’ responsibilities include stakeholder management or communication with the client, developing strong relationship with key client IT stakeholders, managing risks and client relationships and acting as first escalation instance for the EM, both internally and towards the client. They are responsible for overall delivery profitability and productivity, establishing a proper governance framework and ensures proper reporting. They will lead commercial management and take part to contract negotiation along with seeking to expand Capgemini’s client footprint by identifying and anticipating and driving business opportunities.Your roleManage Client Relationships, steering committees, and overall account growth.Responsible for delivery oversight and direction - Handle large teams of 500+ full time employees for clientsOrganize Status Reviews with Account Executive ,drive Portfolio Financial & Operational KPIsManage budgets in the excess of USD 30MNCreate and implement the Account roadmap across all service linesDefine and Drive strategic direction in terms of technology/workforce for the accountYour skills & experienceExtensive years of experience in Managing Client Relationship with a strong project track record and demonstrated P&L contribution to sales.A Bachelor's degree is requiredExperience in end-to-end delivery/program management of large programs is a mustAbility to drive geographically distributed teams across US and IndiaLeadership experience in continuous improvement initiatives and operationsThorough Knowledge of contract management & financial managementKnowledge of application development and test methodologies/lifecycles is preferredHands on and can-do attitude whilst demonstrating highest business ethics and complianceAbility to coach Program/Project Managers is desirableBusiness level fluency in English is requiredProven experience in delivering digital projectsProven experience using a range of agile project management methodsProven experience balancing multiple priorities and dealing with ambiguityUnderstanding of the digital landscapeExperience in matrix-managing multi-disciplinary teams.#LI-SB1The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $123,750 - $282,000.Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
