Naumann Machining Solutions, Inc. is seeking skilled CNC Machinist to join our day-shift team and grow into a leadership role. We are a growing, climate-controlled manufacturing facility committed to precision, quality, and employee success.

Requirements for Skilled CNC Machinists

• Must be able to perform setups independently
• Must be able to edit programs on lathes and/or mills
• Must be highly proficient with inspection equipment and interpreting tolerances and dimensions
• Read and interpret complex engineering drawings, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and blueprints to verify specifications before machining.
• Set up tooling, fixtures, and calibration devices such as bore gauges, micrometers, calipers, and coordinate measuring machines to ensure precision measurements.
• Conduct routine inspections of machined parts using precision measuring instruments like dial indicators, height gauges, and power tools to maintain quality standards
• Follow lean manufacturing principles to improve workflow efficiency while maintaining a safe work environment; utilize hand tools and welding equipment as needed for assembly or repairs.
• Operate forklifts safely for material handling and ensure proper storage of tooling and raw materials in designated areas
• Knowledge of ISO 9000 is preferred
• Demonstrated proficiency in CNC programming, CAM software, and blueprint reading with GD&T knowledge.
• Skilled in using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, bore gauges, calipers, dial indicators, and coordinate measuring machines for quality assurance.
• Basic math skills necessary for calculating dimensions, tolerances, feed rates, and speeds; experience with hand tools and power tools is preferred.
