Finance Associate – Global Loans / Global Markets
Seattle, WA | 2–4 Years ExperienceDirect Counsel represents a leading national law firm seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Finance Associate to join its Global Loans/Global Markets practice in Seattle.This is an excellent opportunity for a finance attorney looking to work on sophisticated commercial and real estate finance transactions while gaining exposure to both lender- and borrower-side matters.
The Role
Represent lenders and borrowers in middle-market commercial and commercial real estate finance transactions
Handle revolving loans, term loans, and syndicated credit facilities
Assist with financing for private equity-backed acquisitions
Draft and negotiate credit agreements, loan documents, and related transaction documents. Work closely with clients, senior attorneys, and deal teams throughout the transaction lifecycle. Develop expertise across a diverse range of finance transactions with opportunities for long-term career growth.
Qualifications
2–4 years of relevant finance experience
Experience with commercial and/or commercial real estate finance transactions
Experience with revolving loans, term loans, and syndicated credit facilities
Private equity-backed acquisition financing experience preferred
Accounting background or experience is a plus
Strong academic credentials and excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Washington State Bar admission required

$235,000–$310,000 annual salary
