As a Security Officer Patrol Officer in Stoughton MA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls and more. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors tenants and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents disturbances and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and document observations and actions in accordance with site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location including common areas entrances parking areas and perimeter points to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points observe customer and employee activity and report suspicious behavior policy violations and/or maintenance concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Support retail operations by assisting with crowd control directing foot traffic and providing general information while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
