As a Sales Representative with Mae Trongkamsataya State Farm, you will play a pivotal role in helping individuals and families protect what matters most to them. Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Engaging with potential customers to understand their insurance needs and recommending tailored insurance and financial products that align with their unique requirements.
2. Proactively seeking out new business opportunities through various channels, including referrals, networking events, and community involvement.
3. Conducting in-depth consultations with customers, identifying their coverage needs, and presenting suitable solutions in a clear and understandable manner.
4. Building strong and lasting relationships with clients, providing ongoing support, and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
5. Working closely with our team to achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the agency.

To excel in this role, we are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

• Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but we welcome individuals with a genuine passion for sales and a determination to succeed.

Compensation: $36,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
