CarShop is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Delivery Coordinator to ensure every customer has a seamless and memorable experience when taking delivery of their vehicle. In this role, you'll coordinate vehicle deliveries, prepare delivery paperwork, educate customers on their new vehicle, and serve as the final step in creating an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do

As a Delivery Coordinator , you'll play a key role in ensuring every customer leaves CarShop confident, informed, and excited about their new vehicle.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinate and schedule vehicle deliveries with the Sales Team
• Prepare delivery paperwork and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete
• Review purchase paperwork with customers and answer questions during the delivery process
• Explain available protection plans and aftermarket products
• Introduce customers to the Service Department and available maintenance programs
• Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and operating functions to ensure customers feel comfortable with their purchase
• Work closely with Sales Consultants and Managers to ensure vehicles are delivery-ready and appointments stay on schedule
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from arrival through vehicle delivery
• Maintain accurate records and support additional dealership operations as needed
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment

What We're Looking For

• Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or automotive experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent time-management skills
• Comfortable explaining information and demonstrating vehicle features to customers

• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including background and drug testing
