Join us!Description:As a Pharmacy Partner Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for our external pharmacy partners and will be responsible for maintaining effective communication regarding daily billing and operational inquiries to ensure shipment processing times are in accordance with company standards. You will also be responsible for managing the investigation, reporting, and patient communication for claims of potential incidents. Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of internal processing and shipping related escalations and needs, including but not limited to: Respond to internal shipping escalations promptly (expedited shipping requests, reshipments, etc.) Identify orders pending shipment on a daily basis with appropriate follow up and resolutionDocument all pertinent information and data discovery according to operating proceduresCollaborate with pharmacist team to resolve billing, clinical and inventory inquiries received from external pharmacy partnersSolve complex escalations that arise from other operational departments to ensure orders continue progressing as expectedCollaborate internally with multiple departments to ensure operational inefficiencies and/or potential issues are identified and escalatedAct as intermediary for external pharmacy shipping partners:Provide routing information and shipping instructions to external pharmacy partners to ensure deliveries arrive on time and at the correct locationConfirm routing and shipping information for all mail deliveries, keeping a meticulous record of shipments, including confirmation of deliveryResolve issues that may prohibit a shipment from progressing as expectedManage all aspects of internal claims of potential incidents, including but not limited to: Monitor and manage open patient and pharmacy-reported incidents quickly and decisivelyReport required incidents in HealthicityWork to improve the logistics process by identifying areas of opportunity which include, increasing efficiency and developing innovative solutions for logistical issuesReview daily reporting to ensure the business is on target to meet and exceed outcomesPerform all tasks in a safe and compliant manner that is consistent with corporate policies as well as state and federal lawsRequirements:At least three years of pharmacy experience with demonstrated success in resolving third-party claims.High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree strongly preferredExceptional verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical thinking, sound judgment, and a solid operational mindset.Commitment to delivering exceptional patient careAbility to collaborate effectively within team and cross-functionallyAdvanced technical aptitude with the capacity to quickly learn and adapt to complex software systems.Experience with Google SuiteExperience mentoring or informally training other employees is a plusHours/Location:Location: 100% in office in Robinson Township, PA (Pittsburgh)Hours: Monday-Friday 10am-6pm or 12-8pm with rotating Saturdays from 9am-5pmBenefits:Health, Dental & Vision – Multiple plan options from day 1Well-being Support – Employee Assistance Program with counseling, wellness coaching, legal/financial advice, and moreVacation – Accrue up to 80 hours (2 weeks) in year onePaid Sick Time – 40 hours per year Holidays – 9 paid holidays + 2 floating holidays per yearParental Leave – 12 weeks paid (birthing) / 4 weeks paid (non-birthing), including adoption and foster placement401(k) – Traditional and Roth optionsLife & Disability Insurance – Provided at no costCommuter Benefits – Free onsite parking + pre-tax commuter FSA+ Free shuttle service (Pittsburgh, PA only)Snack & Drink Stipend – Daily at all pharmacy locations#blinkindeedWhy Join Us:It is rare to have a company that both deeply impacts its customers and is able to provide its services across a massive population.
