What you’ll be doing… Working with clients to understand their goals, concerns, and current financial information. Analyzing information to create a strategy with appropriate products and services. Developing and maintaining a base of clients who value your input and guidance. Working with clients to keep their financial strategies current and aligned with their goals, building relationships with clients that will last for years. The Guardian FR contract includes a draw and start‑up compensation to help you transition into the business. Inexperienced FRs in their first four years earn $90K to $100K per year on average, including first year and renewal commissions; renewal commissions begin in year two.
