Project Coordinator

Manage, develop, and track proposals and scope documents for new and ongoing projects Assemble, issue, and track design submittals through client and engineer review cycles Manage and maintain the shop fabrication schedule, coordinating with production staff to meet delivery milestones Assist purchasing with material ordering, inventory management, and shipping and receiving Coordinate and track field startup schedules, communicating status to project managers and field technicians Maintain organized project documentation and correspondence Requirements An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field or equivalent work experience is preferred 2+ years of experience in industrial automation, control systems, or systems integration preferred Familiarity with PLC/HMI-based control systems and panel fabrication workflows Experience reading and interpreting electrical schematics and technical specifications Proficiency with project tracking tools and Microsoft Office Suite Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Effective written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with engineers, vendors, and clients Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in managing project proposals, tracking schedules, and coordinating with production and engineering teams.
