Senior Human Resources Generalist

Partner with management to promote positive employee relations and support effective performance management Advise supervisors and managers on coaching, corrective action, performance concerns, employee development, and employee relations matters Respond to employee questions and provide guidance regarding company policies, procedures, benefits, and HR resources Provide guidance and support related to conflict resolution, workplace concerns, performance issues, and employee relations best practices Conduct and/or support workplace investigations, including gathering information, interviewing employees and management, documenting findings, and making recommendations Provide guidance and support related to FMLA, ADA accommodations, multi-state leave management, unemployment, workers’ compensation, and employment laws Partner with HR, management, and employees to resolve employee relations matters professionally, promptly, and consistently Support HR initiatives related to recruitment, compensation, benefits, employee development, compliance, and other HR functions Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation Stay informed of federal and state employment law changes and assist with policy and process updates Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience Minimum of three (3) years of progressive HR experience Experience in employee relations, performance management, compliance, FMLA, ADA accommodations, multi-state leave management, unemployment, workers’ compensation, and federal and state employment laws Experience supporting employees and managers across multiple states Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently while collaborating effectively with the HR team and business leaders Experience with Dayforce preferred Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in employee relations, performance management, and compliance with federal and state employment laws. Proficient in conflict resolution, multi-state leave management, and maintaining confidential HR documentation.
