NOW HIRING: Call Center Representative

** Canton, OH | Temp-to-Hire | $15.00/Hour (Weened Shifts pay $16/hr.)**

** 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM | Monday-Friday + Every Other Weekend **

We're hiring Call Center Representatives NOW for a busy incoming call center in Canton! This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential to become a long-term position for the right candidate.

You will serve as a professional answering service for a variety of businesses, including medical offices, law firms, manufacturers, and other organizations. Every call is important, and accuracy and professionalism are critical.

What You'll Do

• Answer a high volume of incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner
• Serve as an extension of clients' businesses and provide excellent customer service
• Take accurate messages and gather important information
• Route calls and messages to the appropriate contacts
• Handle calls for doctors' offices, attorneys, manufacturers, and other businesses
• Enter information accurately into computer systems
• Follow detailed instructions and client-specific procedures
• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude on every call

⭐ What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• ** Call center experience preferred **
• A clear, professional speaking voice
• ** Must be able to type 25+ words per minute **
• ** Must be able to pass a hearing test **
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• ** Outstanding attention to detail **
• Strong typing and computer skills
• Ability to listen carefully and accurately document information
• Professional and dependable work ethic
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to remain calm and courteous with all callers

Schedule & Pay

** Starting Pay: $15.00/Hour (Weekend Shifts pay $16/hr.)**

** 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM **

** Monday-Friday + every other weekend **

When you are scheduled to work the weekend, you will receive two days off during that week .
