Dental Hygiene Program DirectorUmpqua Community College seeks a qualified and experienced Dental Hygiene Program Director to provide leadership for the development, accreditation, launch, and ongoing administration of a new Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Dental Hygiene program. This is a start-up leadership role responsible for ensuring the program is designed, implemented, and maintained in full compliance with Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA) standards and all applicable state and institutional requirements.The Program Director serves as the academic, administrative, and accreditation lead for the Dental Hygiene program and provides instructional leadership, faculty supervision, curriculum oversight, clinical coordination, and continuous quality improvement once the program is operational.Why UCC?Umpqua Community College is a comprehensive rural community college serving Southern Oregon with a strong commitment to access, workforce development, and regional impact.
