We strive to cultivate a fun work environment, and we are looking for someone who enjoys their work as much as we do.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for managing tax and accounting assignmentsDelivering a high quality of servicesReview and file Individual and Business Tax Returns.Manage multiple concurrent engagementsOutstanding accounting and tax skills; focus on high quality with attention to detailConduct tax research and provide effective solutions for clients and team members.Demonstrate leadership skills to manage a growing teamProvide timely, high-quality client service that exceeds client expectationsAnticipate and address client concerns and issues as they arise; identify performance improvement opportunitiesDevelop others through mentoring, training and advising on career development or participating in other Firm initiativesDevelop a plan to utilize external relationships with different types of Centers of Influence to effectuate business growthSubscribe to and actively read industry publications and share relevant information with clients as considered applicableEnsure professional development through ongoing educationThe ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all tax related decisions and activities in the organization.
