Assembly Operator 2nd Shift

Work a straight 8‑hour shift with a paid lunch. Pay rate starts at $20.55 / hour with scheduled pay increase at 3 months and 6 months of employment. Additional $0.75 shift differential for 2nd shift. Eligible for monthly attendance bonus first full month of employment. Responsibilities Loading components into machine or onto conveyor system. Complete production and inspection reports as required. Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area. Hourly inspection of parts. Packing finished product into various totes/bins. Requirements Prefer 1 year of previous manufacturing experience in a fast‑paced environment. High attention to detail. Ability to work both in a team and independently. Perform basic math skills, including working with percentages and fractions. Ability to use and understand quality gauges and quality fixtures. Ability to work in a factory environment – standing, bending, lifting up to 25 lbs.
