Role Overview

As a Full Cycle Sales Professional, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective clients, guiding them through every stage of the sales journey. You will be responsible for identifying needs, presenting solutions, and securing new business for our insurance products. This role requires a proactive approach, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage a robust pipeline independently.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outreach via phone and video calls to identify and engage potential clients.
• Build strong rapport and trust with prospects, understanding their unique insurance needs and concerns.
• Clearly articulate the value proposition of our insurance products and services.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and contribute to a positive sales culture.
• Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings to provide expert advice to clients.

Compensation & Benefits

This role offers a competitive base salary plus commission , with an expected earning potential of $100,000 to $150,000 USD annually . We believe in rewarding performance and providing our team with the resources they need to succeed.

Qualifications

• An active Insurance License
• Experience in the field
• Proven ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients through virtual communication channels.
• Skill in managing a sales pipeline from initial contact through to a signed agreement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively across phone, video, and email.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, enabling effective pipeline management.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to sales and client engagement.
