Insurance Sales Representative

Are you a confident, coachable closer who's not afraid to ask for the sale? If you want to build a real income in insurance—based on performance—Brian Harris & Yolanda Santana Harris State Farm is hiring an Insurance Sales Representative to join our team in Federal Way or Auburn, WA. This role is for someone motivated to compete, close, and make more money with a strong commission structure.

What You'll Do (Sales First + Multiline Closing)

• Convert qualified leads into written applications and policies
• Be proactive and confident in your approach—strong calls, strong follow-up, and a clear ask for the sale
• Sell multiline insurance by matching customer needs with the right products (typically auto, home, life, and health)
• Present options, handle objections, and close with confidence—no shrinking back
• Build and maintain a clean, organized pipeline with consistent follow-ups
• Provide strong customer service that supports retention and referrals (and increases policy growth)
• Participate in coaching/training to sharpen your closing skills, product knowledge, and objection handling
• Meet or exceed sales goals with professionalism and integrity

• Coachable, persistent, and resilient in a fast-paced sales environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
• Organized with strong follow-through
• Spanish-speaking ability is a huge plus
• Insurance industry experience is a plus (training is available for the right closer)

Washington Licensing (Required Prior to Hire) Must obtain/hold Washington licensing prior to hire for:

• Property & Casualty (P&C)
• Life & Health

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $50,000–$60,000
• Aggressive commission structure + performance bonuses (unlimited commissions)
• 401(k) with 5% employer match
• Medical and dental coverage after 90 days
• Paid training + career growth opportunities
