Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description

The Maintenance Supervisor oversees maintenance activities to ensure a safe, reliable, and efficient production environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations for the entire plant to ensure equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
• Manage the daily operation and maintenance of processing and melting equipment.
• Schedule and coordinate preventive maintenance activities across a three-shift operation.
• Prioritize maintenance workloads, including emergency breakdowns, corrective repairs, and planned plant outages.
• Coordinate maintenance work orders and assignments with off-shift supervisors to ensure timely completion.
• Monitor equipment downtime and maintenance performance, reporting key metrics to the Plant Manager.
• Manage maintenance budgets and track expenditures to support cost-effective operations.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety, quality, and production standards.

Pay Rate: $30-$45/hr

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Adrian, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $93600.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
