• $300,000 $360,000 annual salary

• Provide comprehensive orthopedic care including evaluation, treatment, surgery, and follow-up
• Diagnose and manage orthopedic conditions using physical examination, medical history, and advanced imaging including X-ray, MRI, and CT
• Develop individualized surgical and non-surgical treatment plans
• Perform procedures including:
  • Joint replacements
  • Fracture repairs
  • Arthroscopy
  • Other orthopedic surgical interventions
• Provide comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative care
• Collaborate with primary care providers, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and rehabilitation specialists
• Participate in rotating on-call coverage
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records and surgical documentation
• Communicate treatment options and care plans effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Participate in CME, conferences, workshops, and professional development
• Apply current evidence-based orthopedic practices and emerging surgical techniques

• $300K $360K annual salary

• Final compensation determined during the hiring process

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
• If Board Eligible, provide graduation date
• Clean malpractice history
• Active, valid Vermont medical license
• CPR/BLS certification required prior to start
• DEA required prior to start
• NPDB Self-Query Report pulled within 30 days
• Candidates commuting more than 1 hour are not being considered
