Practice Setting and Clinical Scope The practice is community-based, offering both inpatient and outpatient orthopedic services. The role involves performing a variety of surgical procedures, including but not limited to joint replacements, fracture repairs, and arthroscopic surgeries. You'll provide comprehensive care from initial diagnosis through surgery and follow-up, ensuring a holistic approach to patient recovery and wellness. Schedule and Assignment Details This position follows a standard daytime operating room schedule, with day shifts reflecting typical surgical hours. Participation in a rotating on-call schedule is required, providing comprehensive coverage as part of a full-time orthopedic service. The role is designed for those ready to start as soon as possible, with flexibility to accommodate qualified candidates.
