Do you have  experience in accounting and looking for a fresh start? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring  Accounts Payable Clerk positions in  Franklin, KY .    

Details for  Accounts Payable Clerk position:    

• $18 / Hour
• Monday –Friday | 8 a.m.- 4 p.m.
• Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire 
• Occasional Overtime    
• Zero Fees - you’ll never be charged for any screening service     
• Weekly Pay    

Job Duties for  Accounts Payable Clerk :    

• Review, verify, and process vendor invoices and expense reports while matching to purchase orders and receipts
• Accurately enter invoices into the accounting system and maintain organized accounts payable records
• Reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, and communicate with vendors on payment status and inquiries
• Assist with month end close and reporting while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
• Support additional accounting and administrative tasks as needed
• Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
• Completes any other related tasks as needed    

Qualifications and Desired Skills for  Accounts Payable Clerk :    

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Accounting or related field

preferred

• 1–3 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience with knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Experience with ERP or accounting systems such as QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Excellent organizational, time management, communication, and problem-solving skills with ability to work independently and on a team
