Qualifications Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing. Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification in the state of Oklahoma (or eligible to obtain). Experience supervising BCBA candidates or a strong desire to mentor future clinicians (tailored mentoring and supervision opportunities available).
