Compensation:$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
Responsibilities: What You’ll DoMeet with buyers and sellers to understand their goals
Guide clients from consultation through closing
Manage leads, appointments, and follow-up using CRM and sales systems
Convert qualified opportunities into clients and closed transactions
Conduct property showings, buyer consultations, and CMAs
Host open houses and engage prospective clients
Negotiate offers and contracts while advocating for clients
Build relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a motivated Georgia Real Estate Sales Agent ready to grow their business, increase their earning potential, and build a successful long-term career.
- Active Georgia Real Estate License required
- Full-time commitment to a real estate sales career
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable using CRM systems, technology, and digital sales tools
- Excellent organization, time management, and follow-through
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and professional mindset
- Coachable, eager to learn, and committed to continuous growth
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required
