As a Security Officer Full Time Lobby Concierge in Detroit, MI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As a Front Desk Security Professional, you will be the welcoming presence at a dynamic location, assisting visitors, managing access control and badges, monitoring alarm panels, and responding to security-related concerns. You will deliver outstanding customer service while helping to maintain a secure environment through clear communication, professionalism, and attention to detail. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon 03:00 PM - 12:00 AM Tue 03:00 PM - 12:00 AM Wed 03:00 PM - 12:00 AM Thur 03:00 PM - 12:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Monitor access to the location, greet and direct visitors, verify credentials as required, and maintain visitor logs and other required documentation. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and notify appropriate personnel in accordance with site procedures. Minimum Requirements: Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
