Admissions Concierge What you would be doing: As the Admissions Concierge, you will oversee the facilities customer service role and community marketing efforts to assure census and case mix goals are achieved. You would work with the facility staff to resolve customer services issues and be the community face of the center, as well as oversee the life span of the admission process and customer satisfaction from referral, tour conversion, admission, contract completion on through early admission. What your work schedule would be: You would work typically work during business hours Monday through Friday with flexibility to work nontraditional hours. The successful candidate: Preferably has existing one year experience in a customer service role Preferably has experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility Rewards and Recognitions: Our employees can take advantage of a menu of health coverage and other benefits.
