Human Resources Coordinator

The Human Resources Coordinator will play a key role in supporting daily HR functions across recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, training administration, compliance, and general HR support. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, personnel files, and HR systems
• Prepare and process HR-related documentation such as new hire paperwork, employee updates, and training materials
• Assist with onboarding and orientation programs for new employees
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and HR procedures
• Organize employee training programs, team meetings, lunch-and-learn sessions, and engagement initiatives
• Support recruiting efforts through job posting management, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding coordination
• Provide assistance with payroll processing and employee benefits administration when needed
• Ensure HR practices remain compliant with employment laws, internal policies, and workplace safety requirements
• Create reports, maintain spreadsheets, and draft HR communications and correspondence
• Provide administrative assistance and day-to-day support to the HR team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related discipline
• Recent college graduate with approximately 3–6 months of HR internship or professional experience
• Strong organizational abilities with excellent time management skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
