Established commercial concrete business in Georgetown, DE is seeking a Concrete Foreman to lead small crews on commercial projects. We are looking for an experienced leader with a strong work ethic who excels at concrete forming, placing, finishing, and blueprint layout.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a crew of up to 5 on commercial sites.
  • Direct forming, placing, finishing, and curing operations.
  • Read blueprints and perform accurate project layouts.
  • Coordinate daily tasks to meet schedule, quality, and site safety standards.
  • Communicate effectively with crew members and management.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of concrete experience (2+ years leading a crew).
  • Strong blueprint reading and layout skills.
  • Hands-on expertise in forming, placing, and finishing techniques.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Construction-related certifications or relevant coursework.

***Please note that while this position is listed in Seaford, the actual work site is located in Georgetown, DE. Candidates must be able to commute to Georgetown daily.***
