Information Receptionist

Job Title

Duties
Duties include, but may not be limited to the following:
- Offers directional assistance by escorting patients and visitors to and from their destination by walking, pushing a wheelchair and/or including driving the golf cart.
- Provides a variety of information about the organization, its functions and activities.
- Assists patients and visitors by answering questions and providing information on the organization, activities and personnel of the facility.
- Assists patients with courtesy, empathy and friendliness.
- Uses the computer, involving light typing, looking up patient appointment information and tracking information on databases and spreadsheets.
- Stocks information desks with correct and clearly defined informational resources for the staff and patients.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Work Schedule: Full Time, Monday - Friday 9:30am - 6:00pm
