Shift: 8am-4:30pm - Must be open to OT, Weekends, & Holidays.

he HR Filing Clerk supports the Human Resources department by organizing, maintaining, and protecting employee records in both physical and digital formats. This entry-level role ensures all HR documents are filed correctly, easily accessible, and compliant with company policies and legal requirements. Ideal for someone who is detail‐oriented, dependable, and interested in starting a career in HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update personnel files, including onboarding documents, performance records, certifications, and confidential forms.
• File HR documents in physical and electronic systems according to established retention procedures.
• Retrieve documents for HR staff when needed in a timely and secure manner.
• Assist with digitizing employee files by scanning, labeling, and organizing documents.
• Ensure all records comply with legal and company guidelines (e.g., confidentiality, retention schedules).
• Sort and distribute HR‐related mail and documents to appropriate team members.
• Help with basic HR administrative tasks such as data entry, form preparation, and document tracking.
• Support HR audits by locating, verifying, and organizing required documents.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow all privacy policies, including handling sensitive employee information.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework or interest in HR or business administration is a plus.
• No experience required—entry‐level applicants encouraged.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work with confidential information and maintain strict privacy standards.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
