Account Coordinator

Account Coordinator (Full Time) Location: Neenah, WI At Printron, we help bring packaging to life through full-service prepress solutions that support high-quality production for a wide range of clients. We’re looking for an Account Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for one or more customer accounts. In this role, you’ll work closely with internal teams and customer contacts to ensure projects are executed with accuracy and care. Experience in corrugated graphics and prepress operations is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Interpret, compile, and organize customer and internal order information to create accurate job tickets in the data entry system Enter and maintain detailed job specifications using a variety of file formats and systems Take ownership of assigned projects from order entry through final delivery Collaborate with both client and internal teams; participate in meetings or communication touchpoints to support department and customer objectives Demonstrate professionalism and adaptability in a variety of interpersonal interactions Qualifications: 3 to 5 years of customer service experience, preferably in printing, packaging, or corrugated graphics High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and comfort with structured workflows Willingness to learn and a strong drive to meet and exceed expectations Proven ability to build and maintain productive customer relationships Confident in written and verbal communication, including participation in customer meetings Experience with or willingness to learn industry-specific software; familiarity with DataFlex is a plus High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or technical training is a plus Full-time, first shift, Monday through Friday On-site role based in Neenah, Wisconsin Paid vacation and illness leave Paid holidays 401(k) with company match Health, dental, and vision insurance Company-paid life and disability insurance Employee assistance program If you need assistance or an accommodation during the application process, please contact Human Resources.
