Shift Manager

Shift Manager (Franchisee-owned restaurant) – Responsible for overseeing weekly shifts, ensuring a fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience. Provides leadership to Crew and other Managers to achieve quality, service, and cleanliness standards. Monitors safety, security, inventory and profitability, manages Crew schedules, and trains new team members. Responsibilities Supervising food safety and cleanliness procedures to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards. Communicating effectively with Crew and other Shift Managers to help them prepare for a great shift. Achieving targets during shifts and helping departments meet goals. Monitoring safety, security, inventory and profitability. Managing Crew schedules and encouraging high performance during shifts. Providing exceptional customer service and quality food production. Training new team members on critical job functions. Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Must be 18 years or older.
