Join us in creating top-notch products in a supportive and collaborative environment.ResponsibilitiesPerform Mig and Tig welding on various materials, including stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel.Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine project specifications.Inspect and test welded surfaces to ensure they meet quality standards.Maintain welding equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance.Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and project goals.Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements.QualificationsProven experience as a Mig/Tig Welder, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.Certification in welding or a related field is preferred.Strong understanding of welding techniques and safety standards.Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.Physical stamina and strength to handle welding equipment and materials.You should be proficient in:OSHA 10-Hour Certification (OSHA 10)Tape Measure ReadingWelding Setups for ProductionBlueprint ReadingMachines & technologies you'll use:MIG WelderTIG WelderStick Welder #J-18808-Ljbffr Torrey Holistics
